However, despite our compliance with their terms and our dedication to providing quality service, our account was abruptly flagged as "high risk" due to what we perceive to be their toxic business rules. This flagging was followed by the sudden suspension of our account, leaving us unable to process transactions.

We're Not at Fault

Let us be clear: We are not at fault in this situation. The decision to flag us as high risk and subsequently cut us off from their services (entirely without notice) is entirely unreasonable and unjust. Our team has diligently adhered to all regulations and guidelines set forth by Stripe, only to be met with a roadblock beyond our control.

What Happens To Your Order?

Anyone who has placed an order to skip the queue which has not yet been fulfilled will be immediately returned to the waitlist. Stripe has stopped payouts and will be refunding you directly and therefore, we will be declaring the transaction null and void. Anyone already onboard with us via the Skip The Queue service will of course remain active with us.

Given the circumstances, it's important to note that our support team is unable to handle inquiries related to this matter. We implore affected parties to direct any queries or concerns regarding payments directly to Stripe. They hold the reins in this situation and are best equipped to address any issues that may arise.
