As the Nada eSIM is a free service, any payments made for the Skip the Queue feature are solely for the purpose of expediting access and do not represent a payment for the eSIM itself. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for issues, complaints, or any other negative experiences related to the Nada eSIM. Users who encounter difficulties or are dissatisfied with the Nada eSIM service are entitled to discontinue its use at any time, without any financial repercussions, as it is a free service.

No refund for Nada issues

In the event of any issues, complaints, or dissatisfaction with the Nada eSIM service, users will not be eligible for a refund for payments made for the Skip the Queue feature. It is important to understand that the payment made for the Skip the Queue service is solely for the purpose of faster access and does not guarantee the performance or quality of the Nada eSIM itself.

Loss prevention

Users should understand that by paying for the Skip the Queue service, they are expediting their access to the free Nada eSIM but are not purchasing the eSIM itself. Cancellation and discontinuation

Users who wish to discontinue the use of the Nada eSIM service due to issues, complaints, or dissatisfaction are free to do so at any time without incurring any charges. Processing time

We aim to have your onboarded within 24 hours however during busy periods this may increase to a maximum wait time of 72 hours and possibly longer. By purchasing Skip The Queue, your eSIM will immediately begin processing by our system, immediately executing a non-refundable process as regardless of wait time, Seeek has incurred irretrievable costs to issue your Nada eSIM ahead of those on the waitlist.
