Our Nada Terms of Service

Overview
If you are on our Free eSim plan, you can register with us to get 3GB of free data and depending on your chosen plan - unlimited minutes and unlimited texts each month. By registering your details, you acknowledge acceptance of the following terms and conditions (“Terms”)
Availability
This promotion is available to new or existing customers of Seeek. Existing customers will need a new FREE eSIM in order to take advantage of this promotion. Click here to order a eSIM.
Notifications & Messages
We will send you a notification by SMS:
- When you have used 80% of your data allowance and;
- When you have used 100% of your data allowance or when you have no credit remaining on your account.
How we use customer data
By registering to receive 3GB free data each month you also agree to us informing you about more great offers from Seeek or sending you offers from carefully selected third parties. We are an ad powered network and you must opt-in to receive these messages to continue using Seeek. You may opt-out at any time by simply closing your account.
Eligibility
This offer is limited to a maximum of 4 FREE eSIMS per household (based on the address, IP and other factors determined by us at our discretion or provided at the time of registration). You are limited to one type of eSIM per user account.
Roaming & Travel Passes
You can use a 'Travel Pass' which is a seperately downloaded eSIM profile which will provide you with an additional 1GB of free data in a rolling 30 day period to get online in any one of our additional offered regions, after which you can either purchase an add-on or just use credit in order to get online at no extra cost. Calls and texts are still free wherever you are or the person you are contacting if available as part of your plan. Unfortunately, we do not currently support connectivity outside our currently available coverage area, and you will not be charged or connected if you attempt to use your eSIM when outside our coverage area.
Initial Registration
Once you sign up for Seeek, you immediately join the waiting list for your free Nada eSIM. Once your place is available, you will receive your eSIM via email notificiation and your customer dashboard. Failure to install or undertake any actionable events or activities (explained below) within 7 days of order confirmation will result in a revocation of your free data bundle. You can re-apply for the bundle to be added by contacting support at hello@seeek.co and your request shall it be approved at our discretion, will be actioned within 24 hours. You will continue to have access to your eSIM until if and when the following clause(s) is triggered;
Termination after inactivity
Seeek reserves the right to terminate and disconnect the Free eSIM in the event you have not activated an add-on on your account or undertaken any actionable events or activities (for example, made telephone calls, sent text or photo messages, accessed content or the internet or any other services for which an action is made) using any credit or allowance on your account within the preceding 3 month period
Right to withdraw
Seeek reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer of 3GB free data each month at any time.
Non registration
If you choose not to register, install or activate your Free eSIM, you won’t be able to take advantage of the 3GB free data per month.
Device Usage
We currently do not allow device switching within the first 30 days of service to prevent fraud and abuse of the network, after the initial 30 day period we will be happy to issue a new sim for you. Thanks for your understanding.
Other terms
Use of your Free SIM is also subject to Seeek's terms and conditions for use of the Seeek network and our partners networks (“terms of service”). To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and the provisions of the terms of service, these Terms shall prevail.
